Master Services Agreement

Ongoing works on site, including:

  • Welding inspection, repair and maintenance

  • Pressure vessel testing – NATA

  • Gauge calibration – NATA

  • Pressure testing SS, poly and CS pipes throughout the plant – NATA

  • Fabrication and replacement of pipeline spools (weld procedures, welder qualifications, ITPs, installation and pressure testing)

  • Storage tank internal inspection, blast, paint and test

  • Torque tool calibration – NATA

  • Supply of pumps, compressors, gauges, PSV, PRV, vacuum/PSV, hoses, valves, poly pipe fabrication

  • Development of inspection and test procedures

  • Acid pipeline lagging

  • Provision of chemical tanks (to client specifications)

  • NaOH Tank - UHPW coating removal - internal coating replacement - QA/QC - NACE inspector and confined space permits equipment and gas test atmosphere

  • Repairs to roof patch, nozzle work and weld splatter removal.

 

Other projects:

  • Storage tank, pipework, valve and hose mechanical modifications

  • Fabrication of 4” 316 SS gun rings and 1” sparge lines

  • Installation of N2 feed and sample lines into each tank at ground level and into the top of tanks (18m)

  • Fabrication of spools, thief hatch (c/w N2 inlet), fabrication of 6” poly pipe-works for recirculation

  • Provision of 4” and 6” chemical hoses. Provision of and installation of wafer valves, trash pumps, non-return valves, flanges, vacuum/PRV and fixings

  • NATA pressure testing of hoses, pipes, spools, valves and NRV. Blast and coat internal walls and floor of tanks

  • Connection of water demineralisation plant and filtration skids to provided pipe works and commissioning
    Inspection and repair of damaged filtration skids and client containers.
